        台灣極力發展觀光旅遊的同時，如何導入通用設計，提供具有安全性、便利性、舒適性的無障礙旅遊行程並不困難，只要觀光業者在行程中的出入口、通道、休憩空間、樓層電梯以及無障礙廁所等，規劃與改善友善的無障礙設施與設備，並加上暢通性的大眾運輸工具、旅遊服務人員體貼服務，就可以提升行動不便者的行動力。

   台湾が観光を推進すると同時に、ユニバーサルデザインを導入して安全、便利、快適であるバリアフリー旅行コースを提供することは難しくありません。観光業者たちが施設の出入口、通路、憩いの場などにエレベータやバリアフリートイレなどのバリアフリー設備を設置した上、便利な公共交通機関や行き届くサービスがあれば、体の不自由な方の行動力を高めることができます。

While Taiwan actively promotes tourism, it is not difficult to introduce accessible tourism with safety, convenience and comfort through careful design. Mobility of the disabled people could be greatly improved once the tourism industry implements accessible facilities and devices such as entry, passage, space, elevator and toilet. Smooth public transportation system and considerate tourist service are two other key factors as well.

        為了實現「提供行動不便者能夠享受一個無障礙的休閒旅遊環境」，伊甸社會福利基金會在交通部觀光局的支持下，透過實地的旅行及專業的無障礙環境勘檢，積極的協助台灣的觀光產業針對無障礙旅遊需求者，提供無障礙景點、飯店、餐廳等無障礙旅遊環境與無障礙旅遊路線。

「体の不自由な方にバリアフリー旅行環境を提供すること」を実現させるため、エデン社会福祉基金会は交通部観光局のご協力の下、各観光スポットのバリアフリー化の状況を実際に検証しました。そして、観光スポット、ホテル、レストラン、旅行コースのバリアフリー化をどう進めることができるかを積極的に観光業者にアドバイスしました。

In order to accomplish our goal of “Move Free to the World”, Eden Social Welfare Foundation actively facilitates the tourism industry in Taiwan under the support of Tourism Bureau, MOTC, R.O.C. Through actual travel experiences and professional accessible environment checkups, scenic spots, hotels restaurants with accessibilities could be provided and thus the accessible itineraries could be planned.

      『台灣無障礙旅遊行動指南』手冊是就是為實踐台灣無障礙旅遊主要成果，藉由規劃台灣北、中、南、東共12條的無障礙旅遊行程﹝包括36個景點、16飯店、16間餐廳﹞，讓所有的無障礙旅遊需求者及其家庭也能一起享受台灣旅遊的樂趣，一起享受台灣豐富的人文與美麗的風情。

   台湾の旅行環境のバリアフリー化の主な成果を『バリアフリー台湾旅行MAP』にまとめました。バリアフリー旅行を必要とする方がご家族と一緒に旅行を通して台湾の豊かな人文、美景が楽しめるよう、北部、中部、南部、東部の計12のバリアフリー旅行コースをアレンジしてみました。

This brochure “Move Free to the World” is the major accomplishment of achieving accessible tourism in Taiwan. By means of planning 12 accessible tour itineraries all over Taiwan, including 36 scenic spots, 16 hotels and 16 restaurants, all those who need accessible tourism and their families could also enjoy traveling around Taiwan and appreciate the abundance of its nature and culture.

       提升台灣的無障礙旅遊環境，不僅僅是提供行動不便者的需求，更加期待的是有更多的觀光旅遊服務產業，積極的投入規劃與改善無障礙旅遊的通用需求，讓台灣的旅遊更加便利性，更提升台灣觀光旅遊產業的國際性，吸引更多的國際友人將台灣成為他們旅遊的首選之地，讓每一位台到台灣的朋友貼切的感受到台灣的美與善。

    バリアフリー旅行環境をよくすることは体の不自由な方の需要を満たすためだけではありません。バリアフリー旅行環境を観光業者に積極的に整えてもらい、台湾旅行をより便利なものにし、台湾の観光旅行産業の国際化を図り、台湾が一番行きたい国だと外国の友人たちに思わせ、訪れた人々を台湾の美と人情で包み込みます。

The enhancement of the accessible tourism environment in Taiwan is not merely the demand for the disabled people. We expect more people in the relevant industry devote themselves to planning and improving the need for accessible facilities, making tourism in Taiwan more convenient and internationally acclaimed. Thus more international tourists will be drawn to Taiwan as their prime vacation destination. Finally, every friend coming to Taiwan could experience the true colors of Taiwan.
